Not the five o\' clock weather forecast

This morning I awoke early and checked for the inshore waters forecast at 0440, i.e. 0340 UTC. Already on the Met Office's website was the inshore waters forecast "issued at 0500 UTC". I noticed yesterday afternoon that the 1700 UTC forecast had been posted before the stated time of issue. Do others agree with me that is a deplorable and unnecessary deceit?

Re: Not the five o\' clock weather forecast

Less concerning, I'd have to say, than the policy at Marinecall to keep the same forecast playing for 24 hours. There is an update at 1700 but you have to get it from the VHF - Marinecall only changes once per day (I dial the RYA sponsored version in case that makes any difference)
