There was a fire last night at a local boat yard, in which a hall full of motorboats (some 18 in all and another 12 immediately outside) was completely burnt down.
As you can imagine, 30 grp boats with more or less full fuel tanks and lpg-bottles created a right inferno. Local residents were told to stay indoors due to smoke...
Police say that nothing suggests the fire was started intentionally, but the investigation continues. One would think there's very little left to investigate?
It'll be interesting to see what the outcome of the investigation will be. Hopefully not some poor chaps dehumidifier failing...
Also, it'll be nice to see what will be the reaction of the insurance companies.
I'll keep you posted.
