Northwood Weather Fax Schedule

I tried Googling for an up-to-date schedule of transmissions from Northwood. I found several sites:
Frank Singleton 2008
Martin Stubbs 2006
Yachtcom
ICS 2001
Marius Rensen

but they are all a bit different. Does anyone know which I should rely on?

The most reliable schedule is that broadcast as a weatherfax by Northwood at 13:00UTC & 01:00UTC as it is bound to be the up to date one - so that's what I use.
