Thanks Tim i thought i recognised the site, i used to work on trucks just at the base of that pier, in the winter i used to sneak around the site and work under the kilns as they were running, proper toasty.

Would be very handy place at the end of Sea Reach,but in the current climate cannot envisage too many middle eastern Sheiks or chinese sovereign funds beating a path to Northfleet.
Perhaps in a few years,suspect a few houses will have to be built to sweeten the deal.
