It was nice to meet up with you guys and chat things over.
We are getting more peps every time now "seven of us" if I am right.

I hope you all had a good day and have a good sailing season.
Cheers David.

Yes, good day and wasn't the weather good? I got mooring rope, glass fibre matting to cover my rudder, antifouling and a new steaming/deck light.

I couldn't understand why the car park/field was so full when I got there - I'd aimed to get there about a quarter of an hour after opening time......It was only when I heard the 4.00pm time signal that I realised that the clocks went on last night!!! Derrrr... /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

See you in September.

Just reset all the clocks/timers - there are no two the same!!!

Likewise David, it was good to meet up with the guys and put some faces to names.

Thanks to Steve for his passage tips for The Swellies and to Julian for words of caution re. my planned mooring position.

Look forward to seeing you again soon.

Alan

Cheers guys, sorry I'm a bit late in here. While my AWB is as old as many MAB's I am generally reluctant to call her a Classic, although she is to me! (see later thread about what is a classic!)
Enjoyed meeting everyone, but a bit dissapointed in the Boat Jumble, not enough boats or jumble for me! Picked up a few bits & pieces tho' including a new pair of Musto wellies to replace my current pair, now about 15 years old! (works out at 0.66p /yr depreciation!)
