We are planning a trip from Conwy to Pwllheli to see the Wakestock Festival this weekend, usually reliable Metcheck is painting a bleak weekend, anybody got any good news??

Guys in kilts seem to have had a good bit just lately.
Guys knocking white balls up there towards the end of the Week, that should knacker that then!
I think the Script is as follows.
Nip out of Conwy blast through the Straits and make a descision at Llanddwyn ish.
Check the Costgaurd forecast in the am.
It's been so changeable and unpredictable this Year, I wouldn't even think to trust a 5 day forecast and all that.
Flippen 5 hour forecasts are iffy!
Wakestock, is that a wind surfing thing or a kind of English Eisteddfod?
Seems to be sold out, whatever the Gig.
I think it will involve some imbibing I,m sure about that!
Go for it James (specially after Your swimming training!) if it all goes Pear Shaped nip back to Menai Bridge I,m sure we can arrange some sort of Live Entertainement!

Did the very same trip last Sunday. Forecast the night before predicted F4 to 5 rising 6 left Sunday on a flat calm just a smooth swell all the way until Bardsey Sound bit rough from there to Pwllheli. Weather so unpredictable I think you will have to make a decision on the day you set off, but don't forget your in a Cobalt. Best of luck.
