North Wales Meet. 13th of June. Superstious?

Theres water taxies and dinghys for the dogs, people as well.

We thought of a barbi, but like you say, it depends on the weather, and whether we get a wooden pontoon or a charred bits of wood pontoon. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Everyone will arrive at different times. Last time, we just did our own thing for lunch. Think we went back to the boat for a sandwich and a snooze.

In the evening, there will be a party, on MF and prob Little Ship, with a sort of buffet I think. Not my department. But if you cant get the dogs or parrot off, we can always have hot dogs and chicken. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
 
my suggestion is to slide off to the fish & chip shop left (as you stand there looking at the Liverpool Arms) or if you through the archway there is the front of the chippy, and on the otherside of the road, a pie, sandwich & cake shop. Through the arch to the right is a kebab and burger place, and there's a cafe on the corner with views of the Castle from upstairs. There are pub's that serve food (not sure the Liverpool Arms does) to the left through the arch, up the hill, and of course Edwards of Conwy serving wonderfull pork pies. Oh & ice cream everywhere.

BBQ might be dangerous on the pontoon, or lead to us being thrown off, I mean smoke coming from a load of boats in the river, might be a little worrying from the shore !! Shame tho.

Will hopefully make it to the pub, at least. Might bring the dink around if it's a pontoon do. (Only 10 min walk from the L'pool arms to the marina /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif)

Wont be in the marina. Be in the pub or on the pontoons.

It's sort of, do as you please by day, drinks at the Liverpool arms. Then a party on the pontoon MF Little ship whatever.

Bigger boats inside, smaller boats out. But leave room for MF going out to look for LS's chickens. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif So once all there, little boats outside bigger boats,. Shore lines on, because of the current. WE have loads of spare rope.

Can folk give me a list, of deffinatly coming. Yep I know the weather might stop you. But the HM wants an idea.
