About half of those pontoon dry out in Conway. Make sure HM knows who can't take the ground. He may need to get dredgers out for a 6'draft, could it lean on someone?

We'll be in Conwy tomorrow, to suss the job out. Might stay in the river tomorrow night. Any one stuck for info, PM me or Kwackers. However Kwackers is a bit stuck with hostpital visits, his wife is not well. Slow boats need to be in Conwy by about 3.15pm, fast ones by maybe 6pm or there abouts.
