We are going to look for a marina to moor our Westerley 26 ft in for next year. Can anyone give advice on the Seine and nearby coast. We want to be within a bus or taxi of a ferry port. Any indications on prices would also help.

Thanks

The Port of Le Havre itself has the basic advantages of being a ferry port and being accessible at all states of the tide.

Trouville/Deauville/Honfleur are all attractive seaside resorts but are not freely accessible. Le Havre also has a nice old centre and a good beach to the NE of the town.

It's what I would choose if I were to go to this part of Normandy.

Fécamp is generally accessible but tricky in strong onshore winds and not itself a ferry port.

Good luck.

John
