Has anyone dealt with them recently? Despite numerous emails and phone calls over the last month they never answer or reply? I feel sorry for anyone who has a boat on their brokerage.

We bought our boat through them but haven't had any recent interaction with them. They're quite a small outfit and we often found the office unattended. They're a trading name of Barnes Brinkcraft so maybe a call to them might elicit a response.
