NONE SLIP DECK COVER

Can anyone help, Iv just brought a 20ft sail boat that has none slip deck covering.
But its in poor condition and I want to remove the stuff. They seam to be made of cork with a rubber covering.
Any ideas

Not with taking it off but I think that Tek-dek as a replacement would be ideal.
