We would like to repaint our decks which are painted non skid already. The problem is the colour. It's a light blue at the moment and we would like to paint a similar colour. Looking around the yard, the closest match seems to be what is painted on some Westerly decks (Fulmar in this case). It isn't the sky blue Westerly colour (Squall Blue?) but a mid blue sort of colour. Any ideas which brand/colour code it is?

Think you will find the only lightish blue is International Squall Blue. Hempel only do a dark blue. You can, of course find a colour that suits in an ordinary enamel and add your own non slip, but perhaps not as tough as Interdeck.

I used KiwiGrip on my decks last year. I used standard colour from them, but I was told by Vitesse (UK distributor) that Kiwigrip can be provided in other colours to choice as water based colourings can be added to a white base colour - could be worth asking them?

talk with international, my colour went out of production, i mixed grey deck paint with Oxford blue toplac to get what i needed

I am thinking that a hybrid mix might be the way to go. It was what the previous owner used. Just hope I mix enough up to cover the whole deck in one go

I used sandtex a v cheap and long lasting outdoors and mixed in black paint to reach the grey shade I wanted in 3 big tins so I would have a spare tin for top ups in future years.
