No spaces left in Jersey for this summer?

Not much room left after these 2 came in, the Sunseeker(Tickled Pink) is in the marina, the raggie(Antares) outside on No 5 berth.
Tickled Pink is allegedly owned by a Russian oligarch and is off to the Baltic for the summer, and the yacht is probably passing through on her way to the med. she is registered in Jersey so maybe they have to show their faces once in a while?

theres still plenty of room...well...sorta! im waiting for the first french yacht that tries to moor alongside the sunseeker!
the yacht is only here for a couple of nights, it has a meaty 4.5m draught
 
Tickled Pink has Come from Queensway Quay Marina in Gibraltar where she has been since November 2008. She is UK owned as far as the crew knew and the owner did not come near from Nov-June when she left. She was asked to leave Gib as she was only on a temporary berth and needs to stay in Tax havens. Interestingly she had no charter work booked this year. The only people who stayed on board her were not very posh (Brits)...and she did not go anywhere.

I am glad she has gone as she was sat outside my window and blocked the view from my favourite restaurant (14 on the Quay)

Definitely not heading back to the Med. Talking to the Skipper it was all very dodgy!

She is owned by a well known individual from the city who has set up his own investment fund, the fund is listed. Rumour has it that he has bought a leopard as a replacement.

Love to know where you get your information as I don't recall saying any of these "facts". By the way, Tickled Pink never has and probably never will be available for charter.
 
Looks like the Sunseeker we were lucky enough to have a look on in Split boatshow last year. It was called The Snapper, owned by Eddie Jordon. I heard a while ago Snapper was up for sale.

There can't be many of these boats around. 2 ? 3 ?.

Maybe it is Snapper with a new owner & name change ?

No, they're not the same. Snapper, choc brown hull, is #1. Still owned by EJ, still called Snapper, not listed for sale afaik though you'd expect it to be avaialbe next year as he is buying a larger s/s. Tickled Pink is a different boat, hull #3, owned as said above by a financial chap in the City (it's not much of a secret, but better not write his name on forum).

Hull #2 is in Mexico/US, called M4. Hulls 4/5/6 are Arabia (only one with white hull), Just J's, and Lady Rima. That's all of them. All afaik

Also it's quite wrong to say Tickled Pink "needs to stay in tax havens". That's just not the case.

Was looking at her earlier today (bacon rolls - yum :))........from astern she is one pig ugly f#cker :rolleyes: Cross between a ro ro car ferry circa 1975 and a council tower block :D

Wouldn't say no though :p. for about 10 minutes :D
