Surprised nobody has commented on last night Topgear yet, so I will beacuse its Monday morning and I am bored... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

If it such a superlight racing boat that justifies a CF toilet (I seem to recall seeing them listed somewhere for £6k!), why does it have a teak deck, it looked real, but even if fake still adds weight? And surley this thing must carry a huge amount of fuel, only a couple of gallons of which would weigh more than a normal toilet.

Not sure I'd want it for passage making in anything other than a flat sea, but looked like fun for a quick blast or decorating with scanatly clad girls in the harbour (no where did I put that flameproof suit?). /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Hmm. I can't seem to recall what it's like to have a boat full of totty in the Marina. Go on Lakey, it's cold and wet outside and I need cheering up. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I love top gear and particularly the way it's edited, the only show around that achieves the raw look without making you feel sick. Far too often, even on films now, they slavishly waggle the camera up and down and use edits that are too fast. They think they're being clever but they're not they're being stupid. Top gear however is a visual treat.

Now the boaty bit!

Its pretty clear that the outside shots and were taken at a completely different time to the interior. Quite normal for this sort of thing but unfortunately the sea state for the exteriors was pretty calm unlike the crashing you saw inside the boat. They couldn't really take the camera rib offshore to the rough stuff I suppose, but even so it spoiled it as a boating feature for me.

Still great telly though.

Fool, the hull is a Buzzi, and if you had any sense it would be the only boat you'd choose to be in a rough sea, unlike your cabin cruiser! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Oops, just checked your profile, and it's worse than i thought, your a wafi!

Nobody got any concerns about how close they were passing to yachts at high speed! We generally work towards improving our image and they blow it away in a few minutes
