No hot water after motoring for about 30 minutes - barely lukewarm. Is it the mixing valve?

Don't know, not enough info. Usually its air locks in the coil/pipes.

Air locks. Isolating valve off or nearly off. Kink / blockage in the coolant supply pipe.
Is the calorifier tank water very hot? If so, the mixing valve may indeed be the problem.
