NMEA to WIFI converter USR-WIFI232-610 lost set up

I have been using this for the last couple of years with great success. Unfortunately I had to renew my phone and tablet and have lost the set up. I remember only changing a few setting from factory default ( i thinkm it was port and baud settings) but can't seem to get it working again. I am using Seawi on the android devices. Talking to the converter with my laptop OK but just can't remember how I set it up. Any help much appreciated.

Thanks for that looks familiar. The numbers are already there I think I got bogged down fiddling with UDP for some reason. I'll have another try this morning.
