For those like me who would have liked to fly to San Diego for the recent NMEA conference but couldn't afford it, here's something of a find. Appears to be the NMEA onenet presentation from the conference:

Seems to be running on IPv6, cat 6 cable for anything over 100Mbps (why they discount cat 5e for gigabit is not stated), special connectors for the device end but looks like rj45 for the switch end. Sadly no real meat to it. Wonder how far they've actually got?
