you may remember:
nmea depth problem
the depth errror was definately worse in shallow water, so i figured the interefence had to come in via the old depth transducer, changed it to the TT one, now all works fine.
so i tried to keep it simple by not changing an existing working transducer, should have put the new TT one in :-(((
p.s. siliconed the TT transducer to the bottom of my WOODEN - ply / epoxy bottom, works fine
