Hi,
My boat is registrated in NL.
I'm trying to understand the NL laws about VHF/DSC radio on board?
Is a VHF/DSC radio is mandatory in NL waters on a 11.72m private-pleasure sailboat?
If not,can I just not turn it on if I don't have a VHF operator's licencse yet OR do I need to take it off the boat?
Where can I take the course/exam in English in the NL? DE?
Is there an English speaking sailing forum in the NL?
Any help/info will be great...I'm lost here...
