How can that be possible if Global Warming is a reality? Unless of course you take the opposing viewpoint that the earth is moving toward the next ice age, and it is only the presence of so much CO2 in the air and cloud layer, that is causing a reflection blanket and thus maintaining the heat , that is delaying the onset of the next big freeze?

Well, when I was a lad we told that we were moving into the next Ice Age, as a middle aged man we are moving into the first 'Britain is the new Mediterranean' Age.

...Global warming could result in a move of the Atlantic COnveyor/Gulf Stream. That would give us the same weather as Labrador IIRC

As Newton tells us that enrgy can neither be created or destroyed, what's the panic. It's all still there, just in a different form.
