I was going to buy Nigel Calder's "Marine Diesel Engines", but it seems there are two books from two different publishers
available. According to Amazon's product description one is 3rd Revised edition (12 Sep 2006) published by International Marine
Publishing Co. You can see the cover here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Marine-Diesel-Engines-Nigel-Calder/dp/0071475354/
The other one is also 3rd Revised edition (only 18 Dec 2006), but published by Adlard Coles Nautical and looks like pictured here:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Marine-Diesel-Engines-Maintenance-Troubleshooting/dp/0713682663/
My question is are they any different apart from the cover? Is either one better than the other?
And it's the same story with Calder's "Boatowner's Mechanical and Electrical Manual" - I've seen covers with yellow and black multimeters on them. Any differences there?
