Again trying to inspire I just found this 5 min film clip I did a few years back. We decided to take off on a Friday after work in October 2006. The passage plan was Gothenburg to Skagen in Denmark, ruffly 45 nm approaching the sun setting. Skagen is a large fishing port and the most Northern part of Denmark, its where the North sea and the inner(ish) waters of Sweden and Denmark meet and create difficult waters with currents going all the way.
The trip started very nice and its my youngest child you see in the boat. When the going gets tuff she usually stays with me no matter what until she gets sleepy and go down below.
On the way back things heat up with a bit of unexpected wind and rain.
Whilst in Skagen we hire a set of bicycles and make our way to the Northern tip and of course find our way to a nice restaurant.
