Nice to watch.

Sitting on my river bank today I noticed a large hire boat outside the Beetle & Wedge. After a while two couples emerged from the B&W and clambered aboard. Without any ado, shouting or gesticulating. The craft was smoothly reversed off the Jetty, did a smart 3 point turn and proceeded off towards Goring. No screaming Thrusters, no clouds of smoke from over revved twin screws, just a nice clean smooth professional departure.
Obviously these people knew their stuff and probably own a boat elsewhere nevertheless they are to be commended on excellent boat man ship.
