Very nicely presented, seems to be very biased towards motor over sail and missing a few key bits in the sailing department (sails and a boom for starters); this on the other hand = yum yum

Dutch steel build, presumably not intended for sail at all.
Mast designed to be but down for passing bridges (of which Netherlands have a lot)

Hull shape not dissimilar to a Fisher.
Not sure the interior is that practical. The fwd facing bench seat in the wheelhouse looks narrow and needs a grab bar on the end to stop you falling to port. The helm seat is a bit Ikea...lol. Heads too small and why the need for two saloons? Presumably they are custom built so could change the layout accordingly - I'd have a big fwd cabin, larger heads and stowage instead of the dining table and chairs.
