Following a message some weeks ago on this forum, I met the owner of the Moonraker with prop' problems.
It only turned out to be my old boat!!
I had a great reminiss. He listened patiently, and in addition to a spare set of prop's he went away with the original helm (hanging on my garage wall) 2 specially shaped s/s attachments for the bathing platform, and a box of very iff'y bits for the Perkins engines, and more information on the boat that I was able to pass on.
All this and an invitation to say hi anytime he is passing Sonning.
Just goes to show how nice people are on this forum.
