Hi!
Have you had problems with battery life when using your tablet as a chartplotter?
One of the reasons why I bought the new Nexus 7 tablet was it's wireless charging feature. Has anyone tried that while boating? Is the wireless charging powerful enough to charge the tablet while using it as a chartplotter at the same time? Could there be heating problems?
My boat is a small open boat so I have to use some waterproof case to protect the tablet and I am also planning to build some tablet holder with wireless charger in it so I could charge the Nexus 7 when it is safely inside its waterproof case. Because I'm still studying I turned this challenge with my friends to one of our school projects.
