Last year there was a post about the marina being chock full of windfarm support craft and effectively full for visitors. I wondered whether this is still the situation, as I am thinking of calling there in a couple of weeks?

CO8. Visitors berths are now available, Up to approx 13mloa.
2018 prices 8m 18.50. 10m 23.00. 12m 29.50.
Call Newhaven port on ch12 for permission to enter, newhaven marina ch80. 01273 513881.
Berths on port side on entry, first pontoon, 24hr security.
decent pub food at the hope, pub you pass on way in.

It's been a while since I last visited but there wasn't all that much free space for visitors so phoning ahead is good advice
