About five knots max. They are quite dumpy boats but make good use of their length. It shouldn't make a difference whether it's bilge or fin(?) keel but the fin keeler's were a little quicker, by the odd 1/10th, if I remember. I had a G&T with a fellow clubmember last week on his Venturer and was reminded what an excellent job Newbridge did on their interiors.
6 knots for a 20 ft waterline boat. Yours is 19' 10".
Probably lucky to get that with a bit of growth and probably never get more however much power you have as it's a pretty dumpy hull and won't be tempted to plane.
I've got a Volvo 2010 in my Virgo triple keeler, with a two bladed prop at 2500 revs I do 5 knots through the water. I can push the revs up to 3000 and she's doing just about 6 knots.
Thanks guys, I had 4 kts in a heavy sea on engine and 3.8 on Genoa only. Running with a heavy sea 5 to 6 had a couple of hairy moments on a couple of rather large waves.
