Newbridge Coromandel

Am thinking of buying a Newbridge Coromandel twinkeel with junk rig.
Can any owners of these boats advise me as to how well
(or badly) they sail as I sail mainly single handed , and if a short or long shaft outboard is required as the outboard sits in a well in the stern locker.
