Proposed new windfarm as advertised in Time last Friday. Looks like getting to Ostend could be interesting if the Thames Estuary is anything to go by

Not really new, I'm afraid. The EAOW has been planned for a number of years. They are going to do it in 4 stages - I suppose to be fair, not all stages are approved but I can't see anyone being sensible enough to say no - Surveying for stage 1 is going on now. When complete there will be a fence of wind farms from the Wash to the North Foreland.
