New user - aged eleven

Hi Charlotte - I think I'm an old fogey like your dad, (maybe a slightly older fogey, perhaps a slightly younger fogey), who has just had it brought home to him that he is in the realms of old fogeyness, rather than still being a youngster.

Having said that, if you want to tell any stories, or ask any questions, or just have a moan about your dad, I'm sure many here will be interested in your contribution - old fogeys or not.

Thank you. She's a lovely boat and I more or less live on her now - in Malta for the time being. Janet shouts at me for not keeping her as tidy as I should.

There are a lot of old fogeys on here, we moan about red diesel, and tax and all sort of dull stuff. But there must be loads of crew out there around your age. At the moment there is not much for our younger crew.

I suggest YBW creates a new young room. Then you could get some good topics going related to your interests. Us old fogeys would then know that it was more junior people posting and perhaps not be as rude as we sometimes are when we think we are replying to other old fogeys /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

In any case if they dont make a new room, you are most welcome and we cant wait to hear the real stories, of how hard your old fogey skipper is on the crew! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Must be loads of younger peeps on boats and I to, think a "junior" forum is a great idea.
