Well we had to wait a bit but we got there in the end!

We moved house back in November and the search for a new boat had already started.

Came close on one in Spain and another in Hamble but finally we got it all together last month.

Zippy arrived on our pontoon, i promise we did not change the name! what are the chances of finding the right boat with the right name!

Work then got in the way and a few days later we went for a short run down the Humble after work for dinner.

its been a while since we had a twin engine outdrive boat so some pontoon practice was necessary. Many thanks to Mark (Elessar) for his company and guidance yesterday.

Not perfect but better than before we started so progress.

and back at home.....

A Few little jobs to do so watch out for some questions coming!

great to be boat owners again!

Congratulations on the new boat. We fill up in Hythe will have to have a sneak peak.
Had our first trip of the year out today. A good blast down to the Needles and back.

Thanks all, very pleased so far.

A large change from the Hunton for sure. that was a boat for me, not a boat for us and whilst i still love them, have scratched that itch.

Ian, i thought i saw you on Saturday in Ocean village but then remembered you had the upholstery done so must have been another one.

Theres usually a drink in the fridge if anyone sees us, come on over.

Even less than a snowball's chance in hell, I reckon! That's indeed amazing.
Name aside, she does look in great shape indeed. Congratulations, and enjoy a great summer with her! :encouragement:
