Ok I'm sure it's been done to death on here before so apologies,but any suggestions on how big, make model etc is best for the below. I Need it to fit on the back of a prestige 500 which has a 250kg max lift passerelle. It will Be based in the med soon hopefully so i will use it as a tender and for the kids and me to have a wiz about on! Thoughts and suggestions very much appreciated
 
A williams 320 is I think over 300 kg so that is out.

Ours has just had a new engine under warranty ( it dropped a valve and bent the plugs) so warranty support is very good.

Jet Ribs I like as you can ski behind them and approach people in (relative) safety

I have the garage so tender is above the engine room.
Weight, doesn't seem to affect max speed at all so no problem there.
Nick and Richard at Ancasta have had a ski behind it and I think it's a smart bit of kit for the money; let me know if you want the dealer details.

Just so you know, that Falcon model is also available with a jockey seat instead of the bench seating. Pros and cons either way, the bench seat version is a better people carrier for ship to shore duties, but jockey is better for going fast in chop as you can take the load on your knees instead of your spine. If it's mostly for kids to whizz around in, i'd personally prefer the jockey seat version, as the handling is more predictable with the driver in the centre of the boat
 
Anyone know the name of the tender that has the collapsible stern/ transom so the engine sits within the tender when not in use, I looked at it at the Lbs but can't find it on the net?

We did but could not match the engine hat we wanted to the boat. I think from memory the max Hp was 15 and mbm or y had reviewed saying that the boat struggled to plane with a full load on board.

I think they've been re hashed by the look of the link so perhaps they are rated for a bigger engine now. There was also an issue with the old version and space for leg room if you specced the console version, which we wanted.

They do look nice though and have some attractive trim detailing.

I've found this thread very useful, I like the bit about kids whizzing, I think the console or bench seating as in the Brig 300T will be more comfortable as I tend to find it uncomfortable with a tiller and always seem to get wet sitting on the tubes a nuisance when sitting down to eat :). Seriously thinking about the new Williams mini jet but it may be OTT for my needs, I need something that will fit on the bathing platform of T44, less than 200kg to hoist, seat 4 and be comfortable, oh and not take all day to get to the pub.

The brig is smart and great value, we are really happy with it but not sure of the weight...
