I have an idea that will solve all EA's financial problems in one go and will leave them with zillions of quids for all sorts of improvements.

Quite simply: Abolish the existing boat licensing tax. Replace it with a £10 per annum extra tax on all private and commercial vehicles, this money being handed over to the E.A.

Good idea or what?
