New Slipway in Woodbridge

Me and her indoors had a little visit to Woodbridge yesterday for a wonder in the cold. I notice that the new development near the Tide Mill is 99% complete and that this includes a nice new/refurbished slipway. Does anyone know if this will be a public or private slip once all is finished

The 'nice new slipway' is part of the almost completed development of the old Whisstocks boatyard site, which will I think be mostly retail premises with apartments over. A maritime museum/boat building space is included, in which a replica longship is to be built and I guess the re-furbished Whisstocks slipway will be used for its launch in the fullness of time... but I doubt it will be a public slip.

The new complex is certainly an improvement on the derelict building sheds that stood there for many years and I suppose it will liven up the Woodbridge waterfront, and probably bring in more tourists to the town.
