What do we think? Will this be gracing the So'ton show?

looks like a jenneau.

Have to say I hate the hull windows that are all the rage now.
The glass in the salloon looks amazing if it's all window and not just on the surface.
The flybridge steps don't, sealine always have nice steps - this is more like a ladder.

i know the new sealine look is a bit marmite, but I like it and they've lost some of it's good points.

This looks a new style direction for Sealine, and I agree with Mark, it looks like a Jenneau from the renderings. While the style will mature as it the production version is developed, it is not distinctive like the 450 and 480. Good to see the brand expanding though.

Looks v nice and a nice development of the brand. The saloon windows will be fantastic if they are see thru and not just glued on the surface. Proper side decks are nice too. Mark, I like the flybr stairs, but then I drew exactly those for my own boat! They feel like stairs not a ladder when you use them. And jimmy is right that the foredeck seating won't work without backrests - no seating without backrests is any good. They have those Quick pop up lights too! I don't love the pillars supporting the aft corners of the flybridge because I'd prefer an unobstructed view out from the lower aft deck, but no big deal I suppose. Shape of midships hull window looks a mistake. Overall looks a nice job anyway

Sealine is clearly going after potential Prestige 500 buyers...... but I fail to see what should persuade them to chose the Sealine

Prestige 500's separate stairway to the master cabin is a persuasive advantage.... at least it appears many buyers see it as an attractive feature to have the lower deck split between "owner couple" and "guests". Sealine's lower deck layout is devoid of innovation and frankly something we have seen many times before.

Excuse me, a pod boat with a top speed of 26 knots??.... provided lightly loaded and a clean bottom. Not good enough. At least Prestige claims 29 knots for the 500.... even that is not enough to justify pods which mostly have the efficiency advantage at speeds above 30 knots. The boat is simply too heavy for IPS600.... unless you add a third unit, of course!

It would have to be priced below Prestige 500 to attract interest..... or be a markedly more solid build. Or both!

Best features IMHO are the deep protected side decks and the well behind the anchor which will make handling bow lines much easier. Not sure that the flybridge is 'class leading'; it looks smaller than some other 50-55ft+ boats. I understand that those huge saloon windows are surprise and delight features at boat shows but these ones look way out of proportion but final judgement will have to wait until we see it in the flesh. As ever, it all depends on how competitive Sealine can be with the price

I think that looks very interesting. I too like the deep side decks and flybridge overhang. I would like to see at least a side door from the lower helm to the side deck though, something I think a lot of 50+ footers are missing.
