Anybody know if the new vhf ATIS/RAINWAT regs. will apply to the usual haunts in Holland. i.e. Veeresmere, Grevelingen, etc. In the past they have been pretty easy about not enforcing inland waterway rules like CEVNI in the touristy areas, and I even felt ok doing the 'mast up' route to Ijselmere. Any ideas or info ?

Sugest you consider posting on the Eurocanals forum, Canal World Forum, or possibly Just Canals.

Mind you, their pace is pretty lethargic compared with this place!
