Details just posted on the MSBA website Medway and Swale Boating Association about a new camera installed at head of the slipway.
Slip is frequently used by folks with PWCs and those launching small dinghies etc.
Our local council has invested money upgrading the slip surface and providing signage.
We are very lucky down here, in that some folks on the council do regard the river as an asset and have provided at least a little funding in that direction.
This area does suffer a bit of notoriety regards a very small minority of PWC owners unaware of the rules of the road regards safety and common sense on the river and it is hoped that the camera can be used in the effort to educate people.

Run by lock staff and completely indenpendant of the EA.
Try to unearth the EA website.....and good luck.
