Right, delivery of the new toy has been delayed for a few weeks but we have now decided the name def' has to change, it is currently Solstice which is a little dull.

I need suggestions please I keep coming up with names which Jim thinks are stupid (eg. Bob, Rubber Duckie etc).

I did have one name I like which is Marvin 42 or Marvin XLII. Jim is yet to be convinced so I either need ways to convince him it is a good name or other ideas for names. The boat is a Sealine 330.

Help me out Ladies and Gentlemen, the winner gets a free drink in the lounge.

A few pointers would be handy as so much choice. Seen lot's of boats in last month with names ranging from Mirabella to Fish Guts.

Marvin 42

Trouble is; I'd always think of the phrase "I think you ought to know I'm feeling very depressed......" tho' perhaps this is appropriate in the context of mooring fees and maintenance costs.

In the same vein, however, how about "Gargleblast"? Combines water, speed and alcohol, in roughly equal proportions. :)
