new marinas in Cyprus?

Does anyone know what is happening in Cyprus at the moment, I have heard lots of rumours about new marinas being planned and a new lease of life being given to the marine industry but other than a bit of gossip no firm news or plans.

I can see what the facilities are like now (Cyprus cruising guides etc) but want a bit more of a future view………

Anyone got any ideas as I quite fancy a look down there if things are going the right way.

My parents were there a few weeks ago, and they saw 1 new marina now up and running, near a hotel complex about 5 Km east of Limmosol ( excuse spelling if its wrong ).
