New Marina on the south coast, (I think)
Plenty of spaces free at the moment but going quickly – excellent views of the mountains with plenty of real estate opportunity. Hydrocarbon drainage channels on nearby mountains with will enchant anyone who visits.
What’s liquid methane like to sail on ?
