New lower price international calls

FYI ... Carphone Warehouse have just announced a new plan that 'appears' to be good value for international calls. Not been able to find the small print though.

e.g. South Africa 8p with carphonewhorehouse and 4p with telediscount.

I use telediscount and there does not appear to be a catch.

But you can't use the service outside the UK as far as I can see.
