"Amphibious" House to be built near Marlow

I am minded to ask - VERY tongue in cheek - if there is an opportunity for the EA to levy a licence fee for periods when this "house" may be afloat "where Thames Waters Flow"

Seems to be a trend starting. Plans have also been submitted to Surrey CC for some pontoon floating homes with moorings attached in the old disused 'Thames Water' filtration beds just upstream of Kingston Town Center giving direct access to the Thames.
