New forum, where is the "New Post" tab?

As it says, there seems no way to click on a tab on a thread to take you to the latest post, in a long thread this is a serious loss of usability.

Also how long does it take to get a totally innocuous post "approved" I posted something yesterday afternoon on the East Coast forum and it is still awaiting moderator approval.

Just click the title, it'll automatically take you to the first unread.

No idea on the approval. I didn't get that....
