I remember it being started as an easier way of sharing photos (easier than here!)

Was thinking the same really , we've got our east coast page plus most of us are on FB anyway so I'm not fussed about another one ....

Must admit I'm pretty much the same, East coast stuff I'm interested in but I haven't got enough spare time these days to go wandering off round the country, or more likely talk dominated by South coast stuff. I think you may well be right Lisa, reasons for anything being started are most likely for an easier way to do summut
