Think you need a muffler on that not an antisiphon
If the water injection point into the exhaust is less than 30cm above the water line an antisyphon loop and valve is needed.Hi,
Installing a new Beta 30, which has a high rise exhaust - please see attached - do I also need an anti siphon loop
Many thanks

Page 24 of the manual - depends on where the waterline is wrt to where the water is injected.
Wise to follow Beta's instructions in case of a warranty issue.
I can't select the text and paste it, but the 30cm measurement is for either exhaust system. If you have a high rise then the injection is higher so there is less chance it is needed, but it still depends on your set-up. See top of page 25.Its not very clear on the manual if anti siphon is required as well as high rise exhaust
If you need a hi rise, then almost certainly in 99% of cases an anti syphon valve is also required.
What are you doing for water trap? Doesn't look like you have copious amounts of room.
This looks very familiar! Mine will be installed this week and we have exactly the same question - will it comply with the diagram in post#10? our current calculations suggests that it will but once it is installed we will double check and any doubts will install a valve.Hi,
