New boater saying hi

Hullo all,

New boater and new member of the forum here. Have been reading quite a lot of threads with interest and learning a lot just from reading!

Owning a now week old Chris Craft 20-footer with 5.7 ltr. Volvo Penta. Only spent a few hours on her since, but my wife and I are loving it. We do our boating on the inland waters in Holland.

I'm sure I'll have lots of questions for you, and hopefully can answer some from others as well in the future.

Hi, and welcome!

Where in Holland do you keep your boat and how far do you cruise?

I have many happy memories of cruising from Veere with my parents. My mum's step-father was a Dutch sea captain and she liked to practice her Dutch on the locals!

Here is a first pic. I gave no good pictures when she is in the water yet...

@SP2, she is on the Randmeren with good access to most other inland waters. Plan to take her up to Friesland and maybe even the Wadden isles some time.
