Trying to post pictures of our new boat used to be able to do this. Is there an idiots guide?
They are just on the pc at the moment. Any help appreciated.
 
You need to put them on www.photobucket.com or similar then you can put a link to them and hey presto they appear ..

Good luck DavidO. I have to say I gave up in frustration. Not sure why the powers that be can't allow posting pics direct rather than having to go through a 3rd party like photobucket...
 
You can post directly but you get a wee picture that can be clicked on to show it bigger, just follow the instructions.

Because that would entail dedicating multiple Terabytes of server hard drive space to allow you to upload your photos into with all the attendant costs - much easier to let Photobucket do it as they are already set up for that.

You can - as has been said above - post thumbnails but they are tiny and low res, so if you if you want to post decent pics get a PhotoBucket account, upload your photos and link to them in your post - once you have done it a few times its dead easy.
 
Nice boat. We have just started to consider one of these for our next boat and I had seen your's on the Interweb. Be good to hear how you get on. Good luck and enjoy.
