Marina Puerto Deportivo de Alcaidesa which is in La Linea next to Gib is nearing completion...well the berths are! No other buildings on site yet but it will be open by May 10! Rental prices now confirmed as

Given the lack of facilities for the first 12 months I think this is very expensive, however for those on waiting lists else where it could be a good staging point. Gib airport is a 10 minute walk and the new Terminal will have direct access to the Spanish side. Lots of pictures on the website
