Has the Net got too greedy? £2.50 for a "bread basket" - a soup bowl with four tiny pieces of baguette, £6.00 for a one langoustine starter, and £13.95 for a "pan fried sea bass" that they admitted was only half a fish. The chef knows what she's doing, and most of what we got to eat was pretty good (if minute), but ruined by the undisguised contempt of the staff, and above all the girl claiming to be the manageress, interminably asking if everything was OK but clearly not giving a damn if it wasn't. I've always liked this place, and on a Saturday evening it was still busy (no Yotties though), but I wouldn't book far ahead...
